Commercial Inspections: Property Conditions assessments, Pre and Post Lease Documentation
As a building ages, problems are inevitable. These problems could result in safety and serviceability issues. Whether your objective is to identify deficiencies prior to purchase, to determine if an existing condition is problematic, to perform repairs or replacements to a building element, or simply to budget for future long-term capital expenses, an inspection of the major components will provide you the information you need to make the decision.
Commercial Inspections typically consist of structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning systems. Our relationships with other firms allows us the ability to augment our scope of services to include both environmental phase I site assessments, lead based paint surveys, and asbestos surveys. Your advantage is that you only have to deal with one contact.
We follow the ASTM guidelines for our commercial property condition assessment services.
If you have any questions, or are interested in any other services, please contact us so we may discuss your needs.
